JCM specializes in customizing a Service Agreement for the customers requirements. 94% of our customers decide to be on a pre-planned service agreement with scheduled visits during the upcoming year or two-year period. We offer plans that have us onsite anywhere from every month to every six months. This allows JCM to get personally familiar with the customers particular machine and its operation as no two machines are the same. We find that our customers that are on a service agreement have minimal requests for any emergency onsite service as we are always working to stay ahead of the game and being proactive instead of reactive as some other repair technicians may perform.
